Full-Time Administrative Intern (25-30 hours/week)

Assists the Managing Director and Administrative Assistant with the day-to-day workings of the theatre.  Interns will gain intensive, hands-on experience in Marketing, House Management, Company and Production Management, Project Coordination and many other crucial tasks.  Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning on computers.Assists the Managing Director and Administrative Assistant with the day-to-day

Full-Time Development Intern (15-20 hours/week)

Works with the Development Director to explore and secure funding opportunities for the theatre.  Interns gain hands-on experience in Grant Research, Writing and Preparation, Donor Recognition, Events Organization, and Presentation of the theatre to the outside world.  Good writing skills crucial.

Part-Time Artistic/Administrative Intern (15-20 hours/week)

Responsible to both the Artistic and Managing Directors; interns coordinate performances, rehearsals, and relations with actors, directors and playwrights.  Aids in the audition process, rehearsals, and scheduling, takes notes for playwrights after our weekly staged readings and helps the reading directors set up/take down.  Helps coordinate and assist Network and Resident Playwright events, and acts as a liaison to playwrights in the area.

Eligible candidates should be undergraduate or recently graduated students in a related field of study, dedicated to the development of theatre, highly organized with good communication skills, and comfortable in a fast-paced limited structure environment.

Dates for internships are flexible.  All internships are unpaid, though there are some benefits.  Unfortunately, we are not able to offer housing to interns.  A car is not required for these internships.

All applications must be received by November 21. Interviews will then be held with select candidates, followed by selection and notification in early-mid December.
